Who we really are?
The roots of our practice go back to 1992, when Dragoljub R. Đukanović started working as an attorney‑at‑law in Podgorica. Over the years, the practice has grown into a family‑based office that today includes a senior attorneys with decades of experience, a partnership (Advokatsko Ortačko Društvo) formed by the younger generation of lawyers, and several other individual attorneys.
This combination of long‑standing experience, ambition and international legal education allows the office to work with both domestic and international clients.
The practice handles matters ranging from everyday legal questions to more complex cases with a cross‑border element. It is guided by independence, confidentiality and respect for every person who seeks legal assistance.
